Planning for India’s First Cadaver training institute at HCG Manavata Nashik.

6th March 2020: Robotic technology will be a great help for cancer patients, Robotic technology will make it easier to treat surgical patients. With availability of this facility at the HCG Manavata Cancer Center Nashik will provide the recognition on global platform, said health minister Mr. Rajesh Tope.

He was speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the first robotic surgery lounge and robotic operation theatre held at the HCG Manavata Cancer Center today. Dr. Raj Nagarkar, MD & Chief Surgical Oncologist of HCG Manavata said we believe in giving the best treatment at affordable cost with Multi-Disciplinary Team Approach. Speaking further, Mr. Rajesh Tope said, “Having a cadaver training and research center is the need of the hour. Hence, with providing support of government & ministry every individual should get the benefit of best treatment.

The state government will take the initiative. At the same time, efforts will be made by the state government on public private partnership (PPP model).

Dr. Raj Nagarkar said that the launch of the first robotic surgery lounge and robotic operation theatre in Nashik will provide relief to the patients.
