Emotional Quotient of June’s Umed Event was Really High

Emotional Quotient of June’s Umed Event was really high. Various Cancer Survivors joined us and shared their struggles of dealing with the disease, they shared what kept them going and motivated them, what were the low points and fears they faced during the treatment but still how they fought back, recovered and are living their lives happily. Along with this Dr. Raj Nagarkar Sir also shared his experiences of dealing with multiple patients over the years. We had a karaoke singer who’s also a survivor he lightened the room with his beautiful voice. Lastly we distributed colourful balloons to the patients and caregivers and asked them to share what that colour means to them. Through all these activities patients were motivated and had a positive approach towards getting better.
